Terms of service

Levoke is a clothing store at Gandhi Chowk, near Soni Sweets, Gidderbaha, Punjab 152101. The same shop that sells over the counter packs what you order online. “We” and “us” on this page mean that shop.

Every price on the site is in Indian rupees and includes applicable taxes. There is no separate tax added at checkout.

Where a piece shows a struck-through price, that is the price it was sold at before the reduction. Stock is counted per size and per colour, and the rail moves: a size can sell out between your adding it to the bag and your paying for it.

Prices and reductions can change without notice, but never after you have paid · what you were charged is what you agreed to.

An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. It becomes a sale when we have verified the payment against the transaction reference and confirmed it to you.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if:

• the payment cannot be verified;
• the piece turns out to be out of stock in the size and colour you chose;
• a price or description was listed in obvious error, for instance a missing digit;
• the delivery address is one we cannot reach or is plainly not genuine.

In every one of those cases you are refunded in full to the source of the payment. We will tell you why, on the number you ordered with.

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days and delivery across India takes 3 to 5 business days after that. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Those windows are what we plan for, not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with the courier its timing is in their hands, and festivals, weather and local disruption all move it. If a parcel is late, message us and we will chase it on your behalf · see tracking an order.

We exchange within 7 days of delivery, for a manufacturing defect or a size change. We do not offer refunds on a change of mind · only an exchange.

The piece has to come back:

• unworn and unwashed;
• with its original tags still attached;
• in a condition we could put back on the rail.

Innerwear, perfumes and final-sale clearance pieces cannot be exchanged. Start an exchange by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order reference; the full procedure is on the exchange policy page.

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got into it and we will sign every session out.

We may close an account being used to defraud the shop, to abuse our staff, or to place orders with no intention of paying for them.

The photographs, the wordmark and the written copy on this site belong to Levoke. Do not reproduce them to sell your own goods. Sharing a link, or a photograph of something you bought, is welcome.

We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, but a colour on a screen is not the colour in hand · screens differ, and dye lots differ slightly between runs. Ask us and we will describe a shade honestly before you buy.

If something is wrong with what we sent you, our responsibility is to put it right: an exchange, or a refund of what you paid for that piece. We are not liable beyond the value of your order for indirect loss · a missed occasion, or a plan that depended on a parcel arriving.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where this page and that Act disagree, the Act wins.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
