Exchange Policy
Levoke offers a 7-day exchange policy on online and in-store orders. Exchanges are accepted only on the basis of defective products or size changes. We do not offer refunds · only exchanges.
What's eligible
- Defective items. Tearing, broken stitching, fabric flaws, faulty buttons or print defects spotted on delivery.
- Size changes. You received the correct piece but the size doesn't fit · exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to stock.
What's not eligible
- Items requested after 7 days from delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or perfumed.
- Items returned without the original tags attached.
- Innerwear, perfumes, and final-sale clearance pieces.
- Refunds · we do not refund cash or credit back to the original payment method, only exchange the piece.
How to request an exchange
- Within 7 days of delivery, email akgroups431@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 88474 43431 with your order reference, the issue, and a clear photo of the defect (or the size tag, if it's a size change).
- We'll confirm eligibility within 1 business day and arrange a pickup or ask you to drop the piece off at the Gidderbaha store on Gandhi Chowk.
- Once we receive and inspect the piece, we dispatch the replacement within 1–2 business days. You'll get a fresh tracking link.
Condition of items returned for exchange
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odours or stains. Original tags and packaging must be intact. Pieces that don't meet these conditions will be sent back without exchange.
In-store exchanges
Walk into the Levoke store at Gandhi Chowk, near Soni Sweets, Gidderbaha · 9 AM to 9 PM every day · within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Bring the original tags and your order receipt or order reference.
