Shipping & Delivery

Levoke ships across India through trusted partners. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Gidderbaha store and delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies on orders under ₹999.
• Online payment only (UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking). We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery.

Delivery times

• Metro cities - 2 to 4 business days from dispatch.
• Other cities - 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Remote / Tier-3 areas - up to 7 business days.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays / public holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order is picked up by the courier · typically within 24 hours of dispatch.

Pickup at the store

Prefer to collect in person? Choose "Pick up at store" at checkout (where available) and we'll have the order ready at Gandhi Chowk, near Soni Sweets, Gidderbaha - 9 AM to 9 PM every day.

International shipping

We're currently focused on India-wide delivery. International shipping is under planning · for one-off requests, email akgroups431@gmail.com and we'll quote shipping based on your location.
