Shipping & delivery

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum · a pair of socks ships on the same terms as a full order of shirts. There is no handling fee and no packaging charge, and the price you see on the product is the price you pay.

Counted from the day the parcel leaves us:

• Metro cities · 2 to 4 business days.
• Other cities and towns · 3 to 5 business days.
• Remote and tier-3 areas · up to 7 business days.

Those are the windows we plan for, not promises the courier has made to us. Festivals, weather and local disruption stretch all three, and when that happens we would rather tell you than let you refresh a tracking page.

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day are packed the same day. Anything after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, goes out the next business day · so 1 to 2 business days to dispatch in practice.

You get a tracking link by SMS to the number on the order, and by email if you gave us one, usually within 24 hours of the courier collecting it. If it has not moved for two days, see tracking an order · we will chase it for you.

Online only: UPI, debit card, credit card or netbanking, through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery. A small shop cannot carry the cost of refused parcels, and keeping COD off is part of why shipping stays free.

There is no click-and-collect option at checkout, but you do not need one. Message us the piece, the size and the colour before you order and we will keep it behind the counter for you to try on and pay for at the shop.

We ship within India only for now. For a one-off request abroad, email akgroups431@gmail.com with the piece and your address and we will quote the courier cost honestly · it is usually more than people expect, and we would rather you knew before you decided.
