Privacy policy

When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address with landmark, city, state and PIN code, an optional email address, and any note you add for the delivery. We also keep the items, sizes and colours in that order and what you paid.

When you create an account: your name, email address and a password. The password itself is never stored · we keep a scrypt hash of it, which cannot be read back into the password you typed.

When you save pieces: a list of the products in your wishlist, held against your account.

When you write to us: whatever you send on WhatsApp, email or over the phone, kept in those inboxes.

We do not collect a date of birth, a gender, a government ID, or any profile of what you browsed.

• To pack, address and dispatch your order, and to let the courier find you.
• To contact you about that order · a confirmation, a delay, a size that has gone out of stock.
• To handle an exchange within the 7-day window, which needs us to know what you bought and when.
• To keep your account signed in and your wishlist where you left it.
• To meet our own record-keeping obligations for sales made in India.

That is the complete list. We do not build marketing profiles, and we do not email you offers unless you have asked us to.

Card, UPI and netbanking payments are handled by Razorpay, a payment gateway licensed in India. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and bank credentials are entered on Razorpay’s own checkout and never touch our servers · we cannot see them and we do not store them.

What reaches us is the outcome: whether the payment succeeded, the method used, and a transaction reference we can quote if something needs to be traced.

Your details go to three kinds of recipient, and no others. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it.

• The courier carrying your parcel receives your name, address and phone number, because it cannot be delivered otherwise.
• Razorpay receives what it needs to take the payment, under its own privacy policy linked above.
• Our hosting and database providers store the site and the order records on our behalf under their own security terms.

We will also disclose information where Indian law requires it of us · a lawful order from a court or an authority entitled to demand it.

We set one cookie, lvk_session, after you sign in. It is marked HttpOnly so no script can read it, SameSite=Lax so it is not sent from other sites, and it expires after 30 days. Your shopping bag is kept in your own browser under levoke_cart_v1 and is never sent to us until you check out.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics tags and no social pixels anywhere on this site. The full detail, including the two third-party scripts that do load, is in the cookie policy.

Orders are kept for as long as we are required to hold sales records, and so that we can look up an old purchase if you come back to us about it.

Accounts and wishlists are kept until you ask us to close the account, at which point the account record and its wishlist are removed.

Messages on WhatsApp and email stay in those inboxes until we clear them.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• tell you what we hold about you and send you a copy;
• correct a name, phone number or address that is wrong;
• delete your account and wishlist · we will keep the bare order record where we are obliged to, and nothing more;
• stop contacting you about anything other than a live order.

Write from the email or phone number on the account so we can tell it is you. We answer these within seven days.
